K.C. Annaloro began his career in the financial services industry after graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration in 2001. From the outset, K.C. has believed that financial planning should be personal, intentional, and rooted in real life—not generic advice or short-term thinking.

In 2008, K.C. founded NCG Financial Wealth Advisors with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management tailored to each client’s unique goals, responsibilities, and values. His practice integrates investment management, retirement and income planning, and insurance strategies, supported by a collaborative team of professionals working together as one.

K.C. is an Investment Adviser Representative, Registered Representative, and licensed Insurance Agent. He takes an active, hands-on approach to helping clients assess their financial goals and participate meaningfully in the management of their finances. Long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and accountability are the cornerstone of his practice.

Outside of his professional work, K.C. is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He is the founder of the T‑Street Zoo Music Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting local musicians and creatives by providing access to resources, mentorship, and opportunities they might not otherwise have. The foundation reflects K.C.’s belief in stewardship, creativity, and investing in people beyond the balance sheet.

In his free time, K.C. enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, often splitting his time between Big Bear Lake, the Sequoia area, and surfing trips in Mexico. Whether working with clients, supporting the arts, or being outdoors with family, K.C. believes that a well-balanced life is built on purpose, connection, and thoughtful planning.
