Alex Klingensmith began his career at Promark Financial in 2005. With his International Business major from CSU San Marcos, he was able to apply his collegiate studies by spearheading Promark’s efforts in Southern California’s multicultural markets. Alex proved very quickly that he was meant to do more than excel in an individual role and was encouraged by Promark's leader and his mentor, Leonard Aoyama, to move into a leadership career path within the organization.

Alex and his friend and colleague, K.C. Annaloro, decided to address the lack of client coverage in the North San Diego county area, and opened North County Group, Inc in November 2009.
